He blinked twice quickly to see who it was from and was delighted to see his agent’s pic pop up in his video stream. He blinked twice quickly again to answer. Without waiting for a hello, he said, “See, I told you someone would pick me up for the season. With all the advances in medicine today, forty-eight years old is still young for a professional athlete. So who’s interested?”

“Easy, Tiger, it’s not what you think,” his agent replied. “I have an offer from old man Jessup from the Cowboys, but it’s not to play again.”
